The Beach!

We were just driving around randomly when low and behold we found the friggin beach!!!! We were sooooooooo excited! I miss being by the water so bad! I feel like I can breath again. Being in S.F. reminded us a lot of B.C. because it was so green and BEAUTIFUL! More memories....
(Alcatraz is coming up next.)

A perfect end to a perfect day!

More of the Golden Gate!!!

Day 2 at the Golden Gate was a lot more fun. It wasn't nearly as windy and we found a cool park and.... THE BEACH!!!!! I think I shoot just 1,000 images of this bridge. But it was a lot of fun. As I sit and edit and post these images, I am taken back to our all too short trip to S.F. and long to go back. So many GREAT memories! I'm hoping to convince Jory to go this fall. We want to go with his brother and soon to be wife, but if we must go alone-that may not be a bad thing either eh?! ;) ;) Well... I'm really behind in life right now, but there's still A LOT more to come!!

Golden Gate at Night... Take 1

I took hundreds of pictures of the Golden Gate Bridge. I was completely fascinated by it! I mean, you see it in pictures and grew up watching it on Full House and all, but when you actually see it in person, it's really something else. These were taken the first night we got there. Oh.... but there are MORE to come that we took the next day and then again the next evening on the beach. So hopefully you don't get sick of seeing it and all... however, this is MY blog! lol...

Ohhhh... This is zoomed in as far as my camera would let me (200mm) looking out at Alcatraz. This place also fascinated me! But yeah, it was a really windy night and I didn't have my tripod and it was getting really dark, so this isn't in focus, but I played with it in Photoshop and I LOVE out it turned out. Looks pretty old school eh?

Ali got this one of me checkin out the sights not ever wanting to come back to Utah. Yeah I know... I look like a horse jockey person.

San Francisco Baby!!!!

Yeah, so I'm FINALLY getting around to posting San Francisco pictures! I still have 100's more to post! We hung out a lot at Fisherman's Wharf. We also went to Golden Gate, the beach and Alcatraz-so stayed tuned! I LOVED EVERYTHING about this place!! S.F. was such a breath of fresh air for me. I just couldn't stop taking pictures. I've told Jory that we ARE going back just the two of us. It's so pretty there and so much to do! It's also a very romantic place I think. So here's a handful of stuff we saw and did.

Ahem... should have got more sleep-acting totally retarded on 2 hours of sleep!

Everything seemed so clean and well taken care of! It was nice to see all the different characters of the appartments. To me the state of Utah is so cookie cutter and everything all seems to look the same, so when we went here, I couldn't stop staring at everything. It was all so new. This pic was my favorite appartment I saw.

I Love Homeward Bound!!!

I was sitting here at my desk putting together some In Home items for our specialists and out of the corner of my eye, I could see Julie outside by my window ducking down. At first I didn't think anything of it, but then couldn't figure out what in the world was she doing out there-watering the rocks?! So I stood up to see what the heck she was doing when all of a sudden, the whole office jumped up from under my window and started singing, "Happy Birthday," to me!!!! LOL... It was to coolest thing ever and I'm sad that I didn't have my camera hiding under my desk like I sometimes do! BUMMER... They all came in laughing and we went into the kitchen and ate super sized cupcakes for breakfast. They gave me the cutest card too. The best part was when asked how old I was, I told them 23 and everyone just believed me at first. Nice...

Here are the super size cupcakes!! Yummy...

I tried to make it into a smiley face, but I don't think it turned out right.

On Our Way!!!!!

Ok, so we stopped on our way out on the Salt Flats. I've driven by a few times, but have never really stopped and checked them out. This time we did! The three of us took off with no shoes onto the salt. Felt pretty weird I must add... But wow, so cool! Next post will start the amazing trip of SAN FRANCISCO!! This may take some time as I took over 1,200 but what can I say... I'm trigger happy!!!
