The Manhattan LDS Temple. New York

One of the places I wanted to see in New York was the Manhattan LDS Temple. We were already staying in Manhatten, but had to take the subway to get there. We walked up from underground into the city and THERE IT WAS!! Right in the middle of the city by Juliard. We didn't stay too long, but it was nice to know and feel you are walking on holy and sacred ground in a place like New York.

Surprisingly, it is very clean around the temple. It truly was that same feeling walking on their small temple grounds as it was walking at Temple Square in SLC. I LOVED how they had the outside entrance decorated! So very pretty!

Steph said I could take her pic at the temple as long as it didn't show that she was at the temple. HA HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!! So we opted for these GORGEOUS doors! It works!
