4 Years Already?

Ok, so I was downloading Kade and Jessica's wedding and as I was looking through the images, I found one of Jory and I that I LOVED that my sister took of us. I thought that since our anniversary was only 2 days before their wedding, I'd post this pic in honour of our 4th year. We weren't able to be together on the 10th, but we met up before the wedding. I can't believe how fast the past 4 years have gone by. It really doesn't seem like we've been married that long. Someone was telling me that was a good thing. I'm sure the next 20 years will fly by. Well anyways, Happy Anniversary to us.

I really am back

We got home from Toronto about a week ago and I have been so busy trying to get caught up on my editing. Then Friday evening I left town for Idaho to shoot a wedding for the weekend. I am back now and it's back to the drawing board. The goal is to post more stuff this week-but really-it's just a hope is all.

Going Home!

Wow... I can't even believe that the time had FINALLY come to go back home! Our good friends Jeff and Karen are moving to Toronto, Canada and have asked us to come with them to help move them out there. We are leaving EARLY tomorrow morning (although Jeff and Jory are leaving for the long 30 hour drive today!) and will be back July.5 If you need to get in touch with me, PLEASE call my cell! I'm not sure how much-if any-email access I'll have.

My mom's side of the family is all out there and it's actually where my brother and I were born. I haven't been back there since I was 13 years old. So this is VERY exciting. Oh... how I miss Canada!

Things I'm looking forward to...
*Dill pickle chips, crackers-anything really that tastes like pickles! I LOVE pickles
*Perigees (don't ask, you wouldn't understand unless you were Canadian)
*Areo Bar-and all sorts of other chocolate bars. Yes, we call them chocolate bars.
*Shreddies
*Hearing the announcer in the airport speak French. Oh... this makes my heart soar and makes me want to speak in French again.
*Hearing "O'Canada" which also makes my heart soar, and not to sound like a total sap, but I shed a few tears. No, I'm being TOTALLY serious here people!
*The deep, thick Canadian accents
*Niagara Falls BABY!!
*GRANDMA!!!!! I've missed you SOOOO much!
*July.1-Canada Day!!!

And finally... just being back home where my heart still is. Baby, I can't wait!

An Evening with the Kids...

I can't help that I love these two so much. They are some of my greatest treasures. One night Mike asked if we could hang out with the kids while he took his wife out on a date. Like I can say no to these kids. In fact, I think there's been maybe one time I HAD to say no cuz of work. But man were we so excited for them to come over. Originally I was going to have Tay Bugs play in my office with some toys and K would hang out with Jor outside. But it was too nice of a night to be inside working when your two favorite kids were over! Work so wasn't happening that evening-nope I didn't get a thing done but some serious play time with these two! So we played outside the whole time! It was so much fun. I love love LOVE these two so much!


This expression amuses me a lot. She looks a lot like her mom to me.

K. was showing me his new skateboard Techniques all evening. He was pretty good!

Here's the thing with Tay... she doesn't like to play with toys... cell phones, lip gloss, water bottles. But she wouldn't TOUCH her toys. She is so going to be a little diva.

Tay Bugs....

I totally swiped this picture from my sister's blog, but I HAD to have it! We went to Strawberry Days with Mike & Geena and Kids. Snuff and JD were there too. But yeah, I loved this pic with us and Tay Bugs... She's soooo cute and always happy-well, when I'm around anyways! ;)More to come of the Bennett kids! =)

Jory's Bday

Ok, so it isn't his bday till the 30th, but we had a bridal shower for our soon to be sister in law Jessica and figured since we were all up in Logan that day, we might as well celebrate! There's quite a few pics of Jory and our niece C. but really... if you're a Ward, you come equipped with some of the best facial expressions! Happy 30th Jory.


I LOVE this hat!! LOL... Kade picked it out! We put it on Jory before he could see what it looked like or said (which it says "Birthday Prince") and told him that there was a big trout on it.




Ummm... yeah... I don't know about these two sometimes. Jessica, we may need to keep a better eye on them. Well, more like I need to keep a better eye on this teddy eh? ;)


So cute... Jory LOVES this little girl! Whenever Dayle sends me pics through email, I'll forward them to Jory and as soon as I tell him there's pics of her in his inbox, he'll jump on the computer and check them out. It brightens his day to see her and he just laughs and laughs at how cute she is.

Memorial Day Weekend

Oh how I love love LOVE long weekends! I live for them! I don't remember much from that weekend actually-which is another reason why I take so many pictures! But I remember the weather was really nice that day. We went with Jory's brother and his girlfriend up to Bridal Veil Falls (I wonder how it got that name-probably some hopeless romantics from BYU eh?) Anyways... we just walked the trail, took pictures and laughed at Brandon's hilarious facial expressions!


I have no idea what we're looking at or why it made me smile!










I love Jory's brother. He is soooo hilarious! I'll never stop laughing at this pic...
